Bruce and Lillian Lundin

Jewelry designs in gold and/or silver.
Lapidary work including cabochons, inlay, faceting and carving.

Intrigued by "Mother Natures' Treasures", he took a basic four month
course in gem cutting and silversmithing at Lizzadro's in Elmhurst, IL.,
and then developed on his own.  He explored many facets of metal
technique, including granulation, mokume gane, enameling, metal inlay,
repousse, forging, and many others.  During this exploration period
and being influenced by a didactic background, he taught gem cutting
at Lizzadro's, sharing his experiences with others, and finding it very
rewarding.  Within a short period of time his skills became so
developed that he decided to enter competitions.  He won many jewelry
awards, both regional and national.  He gave several lectures on jewelry
techniques, and then became a judge for both regional and national
competitions.  He is a very diverse and immaculate artist.  His fascination
with technique and his superb craftsmanship are in evidence on both the
front and back of his pieces.  He is greatly concerned with detail.
Contour, texture and reflection play a important part in his approach to
each piece.  He has built his reputation on functional, wearable, and
frequently award winning jewelry.  He is executing meticulous work,
encompassing multiple metal techniques, and fluid, graceful designs.
